What we collect
- Payment details via Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
- Name, company, email, and billing address from checkout
- The roster and system CSVs you email after payment
- Email correspondence needed to run the campaign
What not to send
Do not send API keys, passwords, private keys, customer PII beyond access-review exports, or production secrets.
How long we keep files
- Working copies: deleted within 30 days of ZIP delivery
- Encrypted archive: 90 days, then deleted, unless you ask us to keep or delete sooner
Who sees them
The Kernelcraft operator fulfilling your job. We do not sell your data. Stripe processes the payment. DocuSign hosts the attestation you sign.
This site
The landing page does not require an account. If measurement IDs are set, Google Analytics 4 records page views. Google Ads may record a visit to /thanks/ as a $499 purchase conversion after Stripe checkout.
